Alumni and Friends Travel Croatia

This exclusive 10-day journey will take you through the breathtaking destinations of Zagreb, Split, Hvar, Dubrovnik, and Montenegro, offering a custom travel experience designed especially for the Carroll alumni community.  

Cost

• $5,044.00 per person, double occupancy 
• $1,545 Single supplement – Supply is limited. 

 

Inclusions

• 9 breakfasts, 1 lunch & 4 dinners
• Audio Headsets for flexible sightseeing
• Luxury air-conditioned coach with WiFi in most countries or alternative transportation (such as rail journeys)
• Hotel porterage where available of 1 bag per person.
• An expert Travel Director and separate Driver.
• Hotel tips, restaurant tips for meals included, and local taxes.
• A group airport transfer on the first and last day of your guided holiday.
• Cherry-picked hotels, all tried and trusted (Hotels listed to be used as a guide only and are subject to availability. If the quoted hotel is unavailable we will secure another hotel in the same category).
• Gratuities to Travel Director, Coach Drivers and Local Experts.

 

Exclusions

• No early check in/late checkout included.
• International, domestic and international affairs.
• Travel insurance, visas and items of a personal nature.

 

Booking Process

• Limited spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis! Book ASAP to reserve. 
• $200 deposit per person is due by 1/9/27 (land-only, non-refundable). 
• Final payment no later than 2/8/27. 

 

Cancellation Penalties

• More than 95 days prior to departure: loss of deposit(s)
• Between 94 & 30 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Between 29 days prior to departure: 100% of total tour cost

 

Ready to book?

Upon receipt of your Booking Form, Wendy Radmer from Travel Leaders will contact you to confirm your requests and provide you with a personalized quote. Once you approve the quote, you will receive a Vacation Agreement via SignNow to collect your payment information. After completing the Vacation Agreement, Wendy will make the reservation on your behalf and provide you with an invoice from Travel Leaders. Once all of these steps are completed you will be confirmed on the 2027 Carroll University Alumni Trip to Croatia.
