Admission Process

Applications for admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program must be submitted for processing to the Carroll University Office of Admission. Entry into the program is available in both the Fall and Spring semesters. 

The Office of Admission reviews applications on an ongoing basis and issues decisions as files are completed. Applications are notified of their admission decision through the online application portal.

Application deadlines for the upcoming semesters:

• Spring 2027: January 1, 2027
• Fall 2027: August 15, 2027
• Spring 2028: January 1, 2028

1. Applicants must have earned a baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.
2. If the cumulative GPA is below a 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale), additional admission criteria apply and additional admission materials may be required.

Direct Admission Pathway

For Carroll University undergraduate students who have Direct Admission status for the MBA program. Students currently in high school can find more information about applying for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) Direct Admission program here.

For those who do not have direct admission status for the MBA program. 

STEP 1: Submit the Graduate Studies Application

STEP 2: Submit payment for the $25.00 application fee. A link for payment will be sent via email after submitting your application. A fee waiver is offered to current Carroll University students and alumni. Please email gradinfo@carrollu.edu to receive your waiver. 

STEP 3: Upload your Professional Resume within the application status portal after submission of your application:

STEP 4: Submit Official Post-Secondary Transcripts - from all institutions attended
