Carroll’s HyFlex format is built for working professionals. You can attend class in person or join live online, giving you direct access to experienced faculty and industry leaders—while still balancing work, school, and life.
FINISH FASTER
Students can obtain credits toward MBA program requirements through transfer of previous graduate credits, undergraduate, and professional experience waivers. All accepted applicants are eligible for review.

MBA Curriculum
The Carroll MBA consists of ten graduate classes (30 total graduate credit hours).
The MBA includes a core curriculum of four courses dealing with topics such as project
management, leadership, finance, and analytics. You determine your remaining coursework
by selecting a specialiization and elective courses or by selecting two specializations.
Courses are offered in a convenient, eight-week format, over two years, so you can
earn your MBA while you work. The program offers courses in online and hybrid formats
with multiple start dates throughout the year. Hybrid courses are held at Carroll
University's Center for Graduate Studies, conveniently located just off I-94 in Waukesha.
Your coursework will include practical, real-world examples that will immediately
benefit you at work.

Students enrolled in Carroll's MBA program will receive three complimentary coaching sessions. All of our coaches are certified and members of the Wisconsin International Coaching Federation.
