Yellow Ribbon Program

Carroll University is proud to announce its participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program. In partnership with the Yellow Ribbon Program, Carroll University will be offering a Yellow Ribbon scholarship to allow qualifying veterans the opportunity to attend Carroll University tuition-free.

Carroll University will offer the Yellow Ribbon Scholarship to eligible students. This scholarship in conjunction with the Yellow Ribbon Program dollars and any other institutional, federal and/or state aid will provide students with enough funds to cover their tuition.
