Stewardship | Wendy Sikorra

Wendy goes above and beyond her job title, taking care of last-minute projects and doing everything she can to ensure Carroll University runs smoothly. She is always kind, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for colleagues and students. Though she has plenty to do as the printing and duplication specialist, Wendy is constantly helping with outside tasks such as delivering mail and packages and interacting with students on their projects. Wendy’s knowledge and forward-thinking produce fantastic ideas for expanding duplication services and generating additional revenue. We are fortunate to have Wendy on our team, and she deserves the 2023 Ethos Award for Stewardship!

Integrity | Mike Johnston

Mike is kind and patient, and he takes the time to get to know everyone he meets, whether a student or a Carroll board member. His interactions are genuine, and he attacks each part of his day with a positive attitude. Mike is invaluable as audio/video and media specialist in providing Carroll with the highest-quality production for important events. He is a master of all things “behind the scenes” and does everything in his power to take care of the event planners. Mike is a joy to work with, and everyone knows they are in good hands when he is involved. Congratulations on receiving the 2023 Ethos Award for Integrity!
