Admission Process

Your application is considered complete and ready for review when the following documents are received:

1.  Application for Admission 2. Submit an official transcript
  • Verification of high school or GED completion (copy of official transcript will be acceptable)
  • Transfer students must submit transcripts from ALL institutions of higher education attended
  • You may order electronic transcripts through Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse.

Evaluation for acceptance generally takes one to three weeks and is done on a rolling basis. Once we've received your application and documents, an admission counselor will be in touch!

Changing from part-time to full-time

If you're a current part-time student at Carroll looking to become a full-time student, no transcripts are needed. Just submit the application!

Scholarship and Financial Aid

Carroll University offers a scholarship to first-time, bachelor's degree seeking students enrolled in 6-11 credits for the applied term. In addition to scholarships, you’ll find other forms of financial aid to help you stay on budget while you complete your degree at Carroll. Join us to learn about the admission process, and what it means to be a Pioneer! Our transfer visit days will include a tour of campus, admission presentation, time for one on one questions, and optional meal/snack on campus. Check back for additional dates soon.

Online Information Sessions

Transfer Talk Tuesdays @ Noon CST

Join the Transfer and Adult Admission Counselors to learn about the transfer process and more! Sessions will be hosted using Microsoft Teams, which can be accessed via Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome web browsers, or the Microsoft Teams app. Mark your calendar - cameras optional!
