WAUKESHA, WIS.— Robert Marks, a senior from Mundelein, Ill., will attend the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) after he graduates from
Carroll University in May 2013. Robert is a philosophy, politics and economics major and will pursue a master’s degree in regulation, a specialized and interdisciplinary study of law, public policy and institutional economics.
