Carroll graduate will attend London School of Economics

WAUKESHA, WIS.— Robert Marks, a senior from Mundelein, Ill., will attend the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) after he graduates from Carroll University in May 2013. Robert is a philosophy, politics and economics major and will pursue a master’s degree in regulation, a specialized and interdisciplinary study of law, public policy and institutional economics.

LSE is one of the foremost social science universities in the world. Its research and teaching span economics, politics, law, sociology, anthropology, accounting and finance, with a reputation for academic excellence. LSE was founded in 1895 for the “betterment of society” and engagement with the wider world is at the heart of its mission. The school links communities across the globe, from formal academic partnerships to advisory work with governments and international organizations.
