WAUKESHA, WIS.— The third annual Art for Life Exhibition is on display from Oct. 7-Nov. 25, 2012, in the Education Gallery at the Milwaukee Art Museum, 700 N. Art Museum Drive, Milwaukee. Visits to the gallery are free and open to the public.
Art for Life is a community outreach project initiated by Pacia Sallomi, associate professor of art at Carroll University, to present older adults with creative outlets while providing students hands-on experience in art education and art therapy. The project is funded by a grant from the Helen Bader Foundation.
This exhibition was previously displayed at Chai Point Jewish Senior Living in Milwaukee.
