The MBA for Emerging Leaders (MBA-EL) is designed for early career professionals who have advanced into leadership roles or who have been identified as future leaders by their organizations. Curious if you have completed the required prerequisites?
Our admission counselors are ready to get you the details you need to decide if Carroll's program is the right fit for you.
The MBA-EL program parallels the traditional MBA program in course content, but is designed with several distinctive features. Coursework is delivered in a blended, weekend cohort model. As a student in the MBA-EL program, you will take the same courses as the traditional MBA; however, you will meet face-to-face over the course of four Saturdays during a term. Additional online coursework of approximately 3-4 hours per week compliments each course in the program.
Each of your professors will emphasize practical application of theories and skills taught throughout the program. You'll be expected to bring opportunities, challenges and business problems from your work experience to your coursework. Much of your learning will focus on case studies, but not those drawn from traditional publications. The MBA-EL program will explore genuine cases from your workplace. In each course, you will develop business solutions to real problems that you bring to class.
